Proper Names

We were reading a book in class yesterday and the page said "Look at me. I am a police officer.". I said "Look at this word carefully. It does not say 'cop' so please call him by his proper job name. One of my girls raised her hand and said "yeah it's the po-po"! Oh the joys of working with 5 year olds!
